Shipping can take up to 5-8 business days with a 2 day processing time please be sure to review the expected delivery date at checkout. The expected delivery time frame is the most accurate be sure this works with your schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, HEAVENLITE CANDLES is no longer responsible or liable. HEAVENLITE CANDLES is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. Please track your packages. HEAVENLITECANDLES  has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

Custom Taxes and Duties for International Shipping:

For international shipments, please be aware that any applicable custom taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
